Kristin has helped companies in multiple industries to manage operations smoothly while taking great care of their customers. Background and Education
Kristin has a background in understanding human behavior. She earned a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech and an M.A. in Applied Developmental Psychology from George Mason University. It didn’t take long for Kristin to apply her strengths to customer relationship management and problem solving. Kristin has worked in larger corporate environments where tasks tend to be segmented, and she recognized the strength in PaneraTech’s culture as everyone is able to take ownership of a project.

Primary Role at PaneraTech
Kristin coordinates every SmartMelter® project from first inquiry through the post-inspection call. She makes sure that every detail is taken care of, such as analysis of customer needs, scheduling of equipment and personnel, and on-boarding of each new company into the SmartMelter® system. Her work ties the entire team together so that customers experience a well-executed inspection.
Kristin played a key role in the design of the the project management structure for SmartMelter®, and her contribution has allowed the company to scale their operations while keeping a high standard of customer service.
